Raggie
Two different screenings of Sipsik are shown at Just Film. The first one for the people with hearing impairment (with Estonian sign language translation) and the second one for people with visual impairment (with an Estonian descriptive translation).
Ruby is turning six and her life is in balance – but then her older brother Mark has to go back to school. Mark decides to make Ruby a new companion: a doll – Raggie, who comes to life. This changes the relationship between brother and sister. Raggie feels guilty for dividing the brother and sister and decides to leave not knowing that this will break Ruby´s heart. Will Ruby and Mark manage to save Raggie from the dangers of the outside world and reunite and bring home her best friend.

Karsten Kiilerich has been involved in animation for over 30 years, working as an animator, screenwriter and director. His filmography includes numerous long and short films and series. He has won numerous awards, in 1999 he received an Oscar nomination for the short film "When Life Departs". In 1988, K. Kiilerich founded the animation studio A.Film with four partners.

Meelis Arulepp has graduated from Art College of Tartu (Estonia) in 1984. Meelis has worked as an animator in various animation studios since 1984, he started work in A.Film Denmark since 1990 and in 1994 he co-founded the studio in Tallinn – A Film Estonia. Meelis has worked as the creative head of the studio since then. Meelis´ filmography includes over 30 feature films, where he has been directing animator, designer, storyboarder of supervisor. The list is long, but to name few “All Dogs go to Heaven 2”, “The Quest for Camelot”, “Help! I'm a Fish”, “Asterix and the Vikings”, “Titeuf – the Movie”, “Smurfs – the Legend of Smurfy Hollow” etc. Meelis has co-directed 5 short films and over 300 commercials. He is also well know book illustrator and caricaturist. Meelis works in A Film Estonia as creative head of the studio.
