The ticket checking team is a small but collaborative group, which in addition to team members also includes nearly 90 volunteers. There are opportunities to work both at home, in the office and in cinemas in the midst of the festival bustle. During the festival, we are responsible for the smooth journey of the customer from arriving at the cinema to sitting in the hall and enjoying the film, and we play an important role for the festival in the form of collecting ticket statistics.

Industry Ticket Checking Coordinator Intern

Main tasks for the Industry Ticket Checking Coordinator Intern:

• Instructing and training the ticket checking volunteer team during the festival within - the framework of Industry@Tallinn&Baltic Event;
• on-site support for volunteers during the festival;
• rearranging volunteers' schedules or substituting them, if necessary (e.g. illness, delays);
• collaborating with the wider ticket checking team.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, a good communicator, quick to think and act.

The PÖFF volunteer team is responsible for ensuring that the volunteers' experience at the festival is memorable and beneficial. Without volunteers, the festival would not take place, so our team with nearly 400 volunteers is absolutely essential for PÖFF.

Q&A Volunteer Coordinator intern

The main tasks of the Q&A Volunteer Coordinator intern are:

• supervising and training a small team of Q&A volunteers before the festival;
• making volunteer schedules via the PARiM platform;
• moving volunteers around on site during the festival if necessary, dealing with crises (e.g. illness, delays), substituting volunteers;
• collaborating with the cinema crew and Q&A team;
• the work also requires some Excel/Google Sheets skills.

We are looking for an intern who has great communication skills and is motivated and detailed in their work, someone who is proactive when meeting new people.
