We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Events Producer Intern to join the Events Department. As an intern, you’ll help with planning, setting up, and running these events. No two days are the same – be ready for early mornings, late nights, and lots of action!
Events Production Intern
Events Production Internship main tasks include:
assisting events producers with the events preparation as well as at the events. There are large number of events from small receptions with 10 people and wild karaoke nights to big parties with over 1000 guests.
You are a great fit for this internship if:
are interested in organizing events (experience is a plus, but not required);
have an open mind and take initiative;
can stay calm under pressure;
are okay with working at night or early in the morning;
speak Estonian and English fluently;
bonus if you know the basics of Excel;
must live in Tallinn.
