We are waiting for interns to join our small but cohesive ticket control team, which also includes around 80 volunteers. There are opportunities to work both remotely, in the office, and in cinemas amidst the festival buzz. During the festival, we are responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey from arriving at the cinema to seating in the hall and enjoying the film, and we play an important role in collecting ticket statistics for the festival.
The intern's task is to assemble volunteer teams for ticket control, create schedules for them, make necessary changes as needed, and maintain ongoing communication with volunteers via email and phone.
