Instagram Content Management Intern

The tasks of the PÖFF Instagram Content Management Intern include:

• Creating and managing Instagram content;
• Attending the festival and sharing various moments;
• Working through the film program and recommendations;
• Collaborating with other PÖFF marketing departments (main festival, sub-festivals) and the Facebook, TikTok, PÖFF TV teams;
• Summarizing.

We expect from the PÖFF Instagram Content Management Intern:

• Willingness to participate in as many festival events as possible;

X Content Management Intern

The tasks of the PÖFF X (formerly Twitter) Content Management Intern include:

• Creating X strategy, compiling and managing content;
• Collecting content for posts from the marketing and communication teams, as well as Industry @ Tallinn & Baltic Event social media teams;
• Summarizing.

PÖFF X Content Management Intern should be fluent in English, have an interest in the functioning of social media channels, and a readiness to act purposefully.

Facebook Content Management Intern

The tasks of the PÖFF Facebook Content Management Intern include:

• Preparing Facebook posts and content;
• Composing texts and selecting images;
• Scheduling and managing posts;
• Responding to and engaging with comments under posts;
• Monitoring mentions of PÖFF's Facebook account and responding to them.

PÖFF marketing department's Facebook Content Management Intern should have a very high level of proficiency in both Estonian and English. You are suitable for this position if you have an interest in social media and enjoy and have perseverance in creating engaging content.

TikTok Content Management Intern

The tasks of the PÖFF TikTok Content Management Intern include:

• Developing TikTok strategy and managing posts;
• Creating and managing exciting content, capturing festival moments, and if necessary, orchestrating suitable content with the involvement of guests and volunteers;
• Close collaboration with the Facebook, Instagram, PÖFF TV teams, if necessary with designers, other sub-festivals, and the marketing department;
• Conducting analytics, summaries, drawing conclusions, and making proposals.

Customer Support Specialist Intern

The tasks of the PÖFF Customer Support Specialist Intern include:

• Develop a customer support plan;
• Compile and enhance the PÖFF FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page;
• Respond in a friendly and helpful manner to our information hotline;
• Manage PÖFF's social media channels and website chat windows to ensure all questions, concerns, and messages are answered optimally, maintaining good customer contact for years to come;
• Be responsible for configuring automatic messages in PÖFF's Facebook chat.

The intern should have excellent proficiency in both Estonian and English, be quick to respond, possess pleasant communication skills, and focus on finding the best solutions to problems and situations. This internship is suitable for you if you feel at home in an information-rich environment, and seeking answers and knowledge makes your eyes sparkle!

Graphic Design Intern

As a Graphic Design Intern in the PÖFF Marketing Department, your tasks will involve preparing various design formats and creating exciting design solutions for conveying information.

The PÖFF Marketing Department's Graphic Design Intern should have an eye for creating and proposing cool and creative solutions, precision, and perseverance in preparing various formats for festival area marking. Skills in video editing are also beneficial. The main working period is before the start of the festival.

PÖFFi fototiimi praktikandina on sul võimalus täiendada oma portfooliot, jäädvustades A-klassi filmifestivali: staare, pidusid, esilinastusi, auhinnatseremooniaid ja muud melu. Photography Intern

The PÖFF photography team intern should be an open communicator who is comfortable asserting themselves in English. The intern should have their own camera and computer for photo editing. Specific tasks will be agreed upon based on your photography interests.
