Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event is a big part of the Black Nights Film Festival – it brings together film industry professionals from all over the world, giving them an opportunity to learn, network and find new potential collaborations. This year’s Industry will take place from the 18th to the 22nd of November in the Nordic Hotel Forum. We have an extensive programme of conferences, project pitches, masterclasses, seminars, networking meetings, etc.

Event Management Intern

The tasks of the Event Management Intern of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event include:

• assisting the management team with operational tasks
• participating in team meetings that concern event planning and management
• coordinating, gathering and double-checking information
• assisting with event set-up, overseeing room arrangement changes
• assisting with quality control during the event
• assisting the guests with their worries if needed
• supporting the team of volunteers
• helping the management and production team with running tasks during the event.

The intern will work closely with Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event team and COO with extensive event management experience. The final task list is agreed upon with the chosen participant before starting the internship, taking into account their interests and expertise.

You are perfect for this position if you are quick-learning, detail-oriented, courageous, and not afraid of making decisions. We are also looking for good communication skills, high proficiency in English and interest in planning and managing events.

This is a perfect opportunity to put your organisational skills, quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to the test – and learn so much more about the film industry while doing it!

Music Meets Film Social Media Management Intern

As a Music Meets Film Social Media Management Intern, Your job is creating original content for Music Meets Film Instagram and Facebook channels before, during and after the program (for one week after the festival ends) and sharing information from Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event accounts.

You are perfect for this internship if You are active, preferably familiar with social media marketing and content creation trends, self-starter and attentive.

Production

The Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event production team is responsible for ensuring that the most important discussions, interviews and workshops of the conference reach the (online) broadcast in a timely and high-quality manner and are viewable. We record about 50 TV programs in live multicam mode during the week.

Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event is looking for interns for its production team for the festival!

We are looking for:

• (tele)operators;
• makeup artists;
• multicam directors;
• site administrators;
• technical producers.
