Influencers coordinator internship

PÖFF’s International Communications team helps bring the festival to audiences around the world. We communicate with international media, film critics, festival guests, partners, influencers and other key audiences. Join our team and help make PÖFF more visible internationally!

Intern’s tasks:

• coordinating the activities of foreign influencers attending the festival including creating the time plans for them together with a communications team
• providing influencers with relevant information about the festival
• acting as the main contact person for the influencers during the festival

Expectations for the intern:

• good written and spoken English
• a strong interest in film, culture and communications
• good understanding of social media
• reliability
• strong communication skills and confidence in approaching new people
• availability and flexibility during the festival period
• previous experience in communications, journalism, events or cultural projects could be beneficial

Communications internship

• compiling the press guide for journalists attending the festival
• compiling newsletters to festival guests
• assisting communications team with various tasks
• creating text for the website

Expectations for the intern:

• has excellent written and spoken English
• is interested in film, culture and communications
• is reliable, accurate and attentive to detail
• has strong writing and organisational skills
• can work both independently and as part of a team
• is available during the festival period
• previous experience in communications, journalism, events or cultural projects would be useful
