MySnack is proud to be a first-time sponsor of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) this year, offering the film teams healthy snacks to keep their energy levels high and minds alert during long days. MySnack offers a variety of nutritious snacks including protein-rich green pea crisps and fruit bars made with ripe exotic fruits, as well as dried fruits. The fruits are produced using a special technology that helps retain their natural nutritional value and vitamins.
MySnack and PÖFF share a commitment to providing quality experiences, advancing their fields, promoting sustainability, and fostering international collaboration. “With the help of PÖFF, we can introduce our brand values and share our own story of how we’ve created a healthy and eco-friendly snack range, most of which comes directly from Vietnam and Italy. This ensures the freshest and ripest ingredients are packaged and processed in a way that maximises the retention of nutrients and vitamins without adding unnecessary extras,” explains the MySnack team.
The MySnack team has previously been impressed by the quality documentaries shown at PÖFF, particularly a South Korean food documentary that left a lasting impression and inspired the team. When asked what film could be made about MySnack, the founders, Ellyt Talv and her daughter Elly Naigla, suggested a documentary about the creation of the brand. The story would delve into how they established partnerships with local farms in Asia and the Mediterranean region, and how they found ways to produce the snacks directly at the farms or near them, avoiding the need to transport half-ripe fruits across the globe. This method preserves the natural vitamin content in fruits and also reduces the environmental impact.
MySnack is confident that it is a perfect long-term partner for PÖFF, offering valuable refreshments to both guests and team of the festival. MySnack also dreams of establishing more connections with filmmakers and creative enterprises who would appreciate healthy and wholesome snacks in their daily work.
Why is MySnack supporting the cultural sector today?
"MySnack supports the cultural sector because we believe that the development of culture and the support of diverse creators help bring forth new and inspiring perspectives. Film and culture provide platforms where both young people and adults can express and develop themselves, creating meaningful experiences. We sponsor PÖFF because we understand the long-term dedication required in filmmaking, and quality food and healthy energy help filmmakers and cultural workers achieve their best results."
