Comdecor has been supporting PÖFF for years by producing the festival’s banners and press walls. It is a contribution that may go unnoticed by visitors and is not always fully appreciated. Yet without it, organising the festival would be considerably more challenging!

Comdecor chooses to support projects that make a positive difference to the world around us. For several years now, we have also been working together on a special initiative: giving PÖFF’s old advertising banners a new lease of life. In collaboration with designer Reet Aus, used banners are transformed into unique film festival tote bags.

This anniversary year, we are taking the initiative one step further. On 17 November, together with Reet Aus and Solaris, we will host a workshop, as well as a photography exhibition at the Three Trees Gallery in Telliskivi.

Comdecor’s interest in PÖFF dates back to the festival’s early years. The team has always appreciated great films and the entertainment that comes with them, but they are equally fascinated by the evolution of the festival’s visual identity.

When asked why Comdecor has chosen to support PÖFF, the team highlights the festival’s ability to offer thought-provoking entertainment and broaden people’s horizons. They also believe that initiatives like PÖFF serve as a calling card for Estonia, helping introduce our country to the wider world.
