What values do your company and PÖFF share?

Above all, Balsnack and PÖFF share the belief that local players can make a big impact. Both of us are deeply rooted in Estonia, yet our ambitions reach much farther. We are also united by our commitment to creating positive experiences for our audiences. Just like PÖFF, we strive to create memorable moments that spark emotions and bring people together - whether through a great film or a delicious snack.

How has your partnership with PÖFF influenced your team, company culture, or employee motivation?

Our partnership with PÖFF has been an inspiring and refreshing experience for our team. PÖFF's professionalism, creativity, and welcoming approach to collaboration have made us feel part of something bigger. Our team takes great pride in being associated with an Estonian cultural event that has earned such widespread international recognition.

Do you have any special memories or emotional experiences related to PÖFF, either as a company or on a personal level?

On one of the previous years we wandered through the streets of the Rotermann Quarter alongside PÖFF's wolves, carrying a box full of popcorn and inviting passers-by to guess how many pieces of popcorn were inside. The combination of a unique initiative, people's curiosity, and the overall positive atmosphere brought a wonderful sense of warmth to an otherwise chilly November day.

What role do you think cultural partnerships could play in the future of business, and why are they important to you?

We believe that cultural partnerships help build values-driven brands that give something back to society. For Balsnack, this means having the opportunity to connect with the community we have grown alongside with. Our partnership with PÖFF is a genuine example of how supporting culture can strengthen a company's identity, foster employees' pride in their work, and build long-term trust.

Company introduction, offers, and recommendations

Balsnack is Estonia's largest snack manufacturer, having treated Estonians to beloved snacks such as Piraat, Vigur, OSSI, Texas, and many more for over 30 years. During the dark and chilly months, watching a great film is a wonderful way to unwind - and what's a movie without something crunchy to snack on? Our recommendation is, of course, Texas Popcorn, because the best popcorn is the kind that's already popped and ready to enjoy!
