The tiny and cosy restaurant Salt, which resembles a noisy Parisian café, has been offering various wonderful flavours in Tallinn for ten years. Having gone through almost all of the world’s cuisines during this time, inspired by trips and art, Salt has always remained a wonderful stop at the edge of Kadriorg. And Salt likes to inspire. Salt's kitchen staff, led by chef Marko Kaljend and hostess Tiina Kõresoo, has created a diverse menu and brought together flavours from several cultures. Modesty has never been a virtue in this house, and visitors have enjoyed this abundance for years.
