KITCHEN
Restaurant Kolm Sibulat stands right in the middle of fast and slow food. At the same distance from both, but connecting the better sides of each. Our menu includes noodle dishes, pearl couscous with a nod to the Middle East, Mediterranean hummus, and handmade ramen inspired by Japanese cuisine. It is certain that everything that comes out of the Kolm Sibulat kitchen will be like us and made with great love!
RAMEN
We take ramen very seriously and brought a ramen machine from Japan, which we use to make our ramen noodles from scratch. The machine is special because it stretches the gluten in the flour thereby making the noodles taste unique and creamy. We also mix the ramen meal from local wheat grain varieties and grind it ourselves in the restaurant thus adding a nutty nuance to the noodles.
Each bowl of ramen includes locally made ramen noodles, long-boiled rich broth, an egg cooked at low temperature, lots of love and various extras.
