Our mission is to introduce guests to the rich traditions of ancient Georgian gastronomy through a contemporary, author-driven approach — always with heartfelt warmth and hospitality. The core idea of our chef’s work is to explore regional recipes and culinary traditions from across Georgia and reinterpret them using modern haute cuisine techniques.
