PÖFF is looking for an international marketing and communications team member for this year's festival!

Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event together are on the hunt for a new marketing team member.

Join our team as a
INTERNATIONAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT

Tasks

• Assisting the PÖFF marketing team in current tasks
• Coordinating the marketing activities of ancillary programs
• Collecting examples and summaries of marketing materials
• Assisting the PÖFF international marketing and communication and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event team in different tasks
• Social media management and copywriting in English
• Simple photoshop/design tasks
• Coordinating with sponsors and implementing visibility options
• Supporting guest experience with online meetings and networking tools
• Collecting examples and summaries of marketing materials

Requirements for the candidate

• very good English communication skills
• good computer skills, basic design skills
• positive attitude and self-motivated
• the ability to work independently, conscientious, punctual
• benefits from previous marketing experience/interest in marketing
• also benefits from project management experience
