Without volunteers, there would be no Black Nights Film festival (PÖFF). It's that simple. PÖFF is looking for everyone who is ready to help to organise one of the largest film events in Northern Europe.
Since 2019, the Black Nights Film Festival will also carry the Volunteer Friend badge, which recognises organisations that are excelled in involving volunteers and dealing with them at a high level of professionalism.

PÖFF volunteers are one big, hardworking, fun and thrifty pack. All our volunteers receive training according to their tasks and a personal card to watch films for free at the festival during their free time. In addition, we offer, among other things, special events, various discounts, nice company, unique work experience, etc. It's great with us!
