Paris 1887. At that time, the duel is the only way to defend one’s honour. Clément Lacaze, a charismatic master of arms, gets caught in a spiral of destructive violence. He meets Marie-Rose Astié, an early-day feminist, and decides to teach her the complex art of duelling. They will face provocations and join forces to defend their respective honour.
A historical adventure film by actor and director Vincent Perez premiered at this year’s Karlovy Vary Film Festival.
