The Bully Club
Henry runs away from his unstable mother, while his best friend Ebb becomes increasingly dangerous.
Seventeen-year-old Sue is sentenced to two years in a juvenile detention facility after becoming violent to protect her bullied friend Lynn. The girls first became friends in a secret online group called ’The Bully Club’, where bullied and ostracised teens find support and understanding from each other. For a while, it was the only good thing in Sue and Lynn’s lives and gave them a chance to escape their other problems. However, everything changes when Lynn decides to get back at her bully. Sue comes to her aid, but the revenge quickly turns violent, and the police arrest Sue. Now the girls risk everything to find a video that could prove their innocence.
Suitable for ages 14 and above.

Biography
Eunhye Hong Kim is a South Korean filmmaker and writer based in Seoul. She holds an MFA in Film Directing from California Institute of the Arts. Her filmmaking is deeply informed by her upbringing in a neglected rural area near Seoul and her subsequent move to the U.S. at 19. Exploring themes of ‘exile’ both as an immigrant and as a woman, her work examines the friction between visibility and erasure. She focuses on the lives of women, youth, and immigrants, giving voice to those residing in the fragile spaces between definitions. Her storytelling seeks to illuminate marginalised lives that often fall outside society’s gaze, turning personal loss and displacement into a shared cinematic language.
