Such a Vivid Imagination
A missing body makes Celia question her imagination that has protected her until now.
Twelve-year-old Celia’s carefree childhood begins to crumble when she discovers her mother’s love affair. Feeling increasingly out of place at home, she seeks refuge in long summer days with her cousins Kerry and Hannah. One day, Celia and Kerry find a dead body in the woods. But when they call for help, the body disappears, and adults believe the children’s story to be nothing but the fruit of their imagination. Celia cannot forget what she saw and sets out to uncover the truth with her cousins. However, the deeper they delve into the mystery, the more Celia begins to question what she knows.
