Benjamin Lane, a 15-year-old prodigious swimmer, with the world at his feet, is nonetheless an unhappy boy despite his successes. When his father gets out of jail, he reappears in his everyday life. Unable to cope with this new situation, this teenager with a future ahead does not know how to overcome the mixed feelings that this presence arouses in his life. Little by little he pursues himself in getting the best and preparing himself to be a champion with hard training. That is the only thing that makes him happy. In the pool, he struggles out of his discomfort and the depression caused by loneliness returns as soon as he returns home.

Tyson Wade Johnston is an Australian born writer and director. His short films, music videos, and commercials have accumulated over fifty million views online. At age 22, he became one of the youngest directors to sign with CAA. His short film LUNAR was featured on VICE, The Hollywood Reporter, Vimeo Staff Picks, Short of the Week, and Deadline Hollywood’s Industry Viewfinder List – a poll by studio executives for their top 10 short films, commercials and/or music videos of the year. Tyson has created over 300 commercial spots for a client list that includes Vans, KIA, Samsung, Toyota, Bing, AMD, Microsoft and Mob Scene. His music video for The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, "Until the sun Explodes", premiered on MTV. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
