Queer Joys

Festival
PÖFF Shorts 2023
Programme
Shorts Alternatives

A queer person's life, in which both the most mundane of worries and sublime of joys may often overlap, is an experience of humanity that the harsh and narrowly gendered world cannot always bite into. However, those who maneuver through any fear and spite, may find themselves rewarded with the beauty, hope and love that permeates our lives.

The collection of queer short films gives voice to gender and sexual minorities - both on the screen and behind it - who search, discover and make sense of ways we can adapt to ourselves and others.
