Piece by Piece
The first ever documentary animated with Lego bricks is here.
Pharrell Williams is a superstar musician, producer, entrepreneur, creative director of Louis Vuitton and so much more. Above all, he’s a dreamer. In his own words, he has always seen music as a portal to another dimension, beautiful swirls of sound and colour that draw him into another version of the world around him.
In “Piece by Piece”, Oscar-winning director Morgan Neville (the documentary “20 Feet from Stardom”) brings the global pop icon’s unique vision to life, vividly coloured and imbued with his unwavering belief that everyone can make their dreams come true. Claiming to be the world’s first documentary made from LEGO bricks, the film glides between genres with playful ease to create a new kind of animated biopic of an inimitable superstar. Naturally, the film also includes his greatest hits such as ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’, ‘Get Lucky’, ‘Happy’ and many more.
