Ninjas Down the Street
In the coastal town of Sandsborough, the pirate family Blunderbuss has fully integrated in the community. But the village is turned upside down when the ninjas move in next door. After all, pirates and ninjas are sworn enemies! While pirate captain Hector tries everything in his power to get rid of his new neighbors, his son Billy and ninja daughter Yuka grow closer. The pirates decide to challenge the ninjas to fight their ultimate battle at the yearly village games. Who will win? Ninjas are faster and more flexible, but pirates are the best cheaters in the world...

Pim van Hoeve is an acclaimed director of feature films, television drama and musical comedy that likes to sing on the set. He wrote the pilot for the very popular Dutch series "Westenwind" and directed biographical dramas about Prince Bernhard (with Daan Schuurmans), Queen Beatrix (starring Willeke van Ammelrooy), Freddy Heineken (with Thom Hoffmann), Vincent Van Gogh (starring Barry Atsma and Jeroen Krabbé) and Johan Cruyff (with Reinout Scholten van Aschat) as well as the 50’s musical series "Petticoat" starring Abbey Hoes (Golden Calf 2017). His three Dummie the Mummy features were broadcasted by Nickelodeon in over 50 Countries around the world.
