In looking to the future, this year’s Late Night Sci-Fi encounters a number of protagonists who are are looking for answers. In searching for other planets, other species and other ways of living they are also searching for the fundamental questions of life that nags at us all. What does it mean to be human in a cosmos of wonder and – sometimes – fear?

With documentary, animation and fiction – all displaying technical and artistic flair - this is a diverse delve into what the universe has to offer.
