Taxi driver Viktor Toroptsev from a dying city in the Far East decides that a critical moment has come in his life. He launches the Vityok Live Youtube channel in order to become the “main people’s journalist” in the region and rally his fellow countrymen around him.

Victor is sure that it is he who must turn his city and all of Russia into Paradise on earth and embarks on the main journey of his life, not yet realizing what chain of events he launched.
