Director, born 1969. Graduated in direction from the National Film School of Denmark, 1999.
Fischer Christensen's feature debut "A Soap" (2006) had its world premiere at the Berlin film festival where it was awarded a Silver Bear - the Jury Grand Prix - and the Best Debut Film Award. The film also won the Danish Film Critics Award (Bodil) for Best Film and for best script at the film festival in San Sebastian.
