A Sip of Hell
A provocative, kinky blend of reality and acting; imagination and fantasy.
The opening scene lays bare the inconvenient rules of poetic, and erotic immersion into the mysticism of film as actress Pilar co-directs herself in an uncrackable nightmare.
Niko is tired of being offered the same roles time and again. Frustrated by social injustice, she agrees to star in a debut feature but soon retreats to a remote wooden house to recharge, analyse the script, and rehearse alone. Suddenly, the filthy Rafa knocks on her door, shattering the calmness of her solitude.
Freaky, absurd Lynchian hallucinations emerge, filled with faceless orgies and dirty torments. Niko loses herself in visions of unpleasant, bizarre, and egotistical adventures as she follows an enigmatic blonde in a white dress. The intensity of her suffering escalates as Rafa persistently reappears to express his infinite love for her. But is he even real?
