Haapsalu Horror and Fantasy Film Festival celebrates its 20th birthday with a bang!

On May 1st at 5pm, a procession of fairies, witches, ghosts, vampires and other fantastic creatures will parade down Haapsalu's main street to the sounds of the Estonian pop glam band The Tomahawck Brothers.
Later on The Tomahawck Brothers will turn it up to 11 at the festival’s opening ceremony in Haapsalu Culture Centre at 18:00, paying musical homage to the legendary Estonian collective Päratrust whose members, led by Hardi Volmer, will receive this year's special HÕFF shawl.

The evening will be hosted by the multi-talented Mart Sander.

There will be an auction of items from Estonian films in support of Ukraine.

Before the screening, the traditional blood-red carpet will be open for all, with our very own Posti Street Nightmare in attendance. Expect the unexpected!
