PÖFF festival’s official meeting this year is Mnemonic Bar!
Mnemonic is a unique cocktail bar in Rotermann that redefines what a neighborhood bar can be. Every detail strikes the perfect balance of creativity, care, and edge to keep things exciting. The menu blends classics and playful signatures, including Tallinn’s best Paloma and Negroni, along with inventive creations like Concorde, Corn Star, and Boujee. Run by a passionate team, Mnemonic is a place where everyone feels like they belong—combining skill, heart, and a touch of fun in every drink they serve.
Festival season: Mnemonic opens Mon–Sat from 18:00.
