ROKU chefs have over forty years of combined sushi experience. The rice is prepared according to a classic Japanese recipe. ROKU is proud of their homemade soy sauce, which is different from the classical recipe. ROKU soy is designed to match Roku rice perfectly, and this combination has been honed over three years.
