Synopsis

Klaudia Reynicke’s unique second feature tells the story of a girl name Seconda (a captivating Barbara Giordano) who suffers from agoraphobia and is unable to leave the house. But when a tragic incident turns her life upside down, she is forced to venture outside, bringing with it a set of adventures and new unforgettable meetings.

One thing’s for sure, you haven’t seen a movie like “Love Me Tender” before. In her blue tracksuit Seconda is like a anti-superhero, she marches to her own drum and shows us the absurdity and chaos of love without sugar-coating it one bit.

This is a sharp and honest contemplation on loneliness, being vulnerable and facing your fears. Director Klaudia Reynicke is here to stay.
